By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
The App is designed to store your data locally on your device and/or in your personal iCloud account (if enabled on your device). We do not operate a server that stores your App data.
The App may allow you to create or store content such as item names, photos, and organizer/compartment records (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The App may include features that use computer vision or machine learning to detect organizers/compartments and assist with organizing inventory (“Detection Features”).
You remain responsible for verifying and confirming any detection results before relying on them.
The App may include a Reset Database feature that permanently deletes your App data (including organizer/compartment records, item assignments, and related information).
The App offers a free version (“Free”) and an optional paid subscription (“Pro”). The Pro subscription may include additional features, such as enhanced scanning or other functionality described in the App.
Refunds: Apple’s refund policies apply. We do not directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple.
The App may interact with Apple services (such as iCloud, device backups, or In-App Purchase). Your use of those services may also be subject to Apple’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or outages.
The App, including its code, design, logos, trademarks, and other content (excluding your User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as allowed by these Terms.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will never be lost. You are responsible for maintaining backups through your device/iCloud settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Pro subscription in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
